Return Policy
Our
return policy has a duration of 14 days. Once 14 days have passed from the time
you received your order, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or
exchange when merchandise is returned.
To be
eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in
which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. The item you
wish to return must have a return form which can be requested when you email
info@zendro.nl.

- Some
health and personal care items
To
complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the
manufacturer!
There
are certain situations where only partial refunds will be given (if
applicable):
Book
with obvious signs of use, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette
tape or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item
that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not
due to our fault.
Any item
returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Late or
missing refunds (if applicable).
If you
have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then
contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be
officially booked.
Next,
contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is
posted.

Sale Items (if applicable).
Only
normally priced items can be returned to qualify for a refund. Discounted items
(offers/sales) are not eligible for return.
Exchange (if applicable).
We only
exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange
your defective or damaged items for the same item, please email us at
info@zendro.nl. You will then be contacted personally about the exchange.
