At Zendro, we don't just sell spiritual items. All items are handmade and checked by one of our experts before they are shipped.

We also want to be able to offer our products at the lowest possible price. Because we ship the products directly from our warehouse, we save a lot on transportation and storage costs. With this system we save a lot of CO2 and together we contribute to slowing down global warming.

Total delivery time = 6-10 working days* (order processing time + shipping time)

These are our general guidelines. We keep these generous delivery times because all products are handmade and therefore require a longer production time.

*Please note: Due to the impact of the COVID-19 virus, it may take a few days longer than normal to receive your order. Zendro takes all measures seriously to ensure the health and safety of our community.

Returns

You can return your order up to 14 days and we will ensure that the purchase price is credited to your account within 5 working days of receipt of the return.

Easy returns:

Step 1: Contact us at info@zendro.nl or our contact form to request a return form. Fill out the form completely.

Step 2: Send the items along with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the return costs.
