HOW CAN I PAY?
At Zendro we work with the most used payment provider
in the Benelux, Mollie. At Zendro you can pay your order in several ways. Below
is the list of our payment methods:

MY ORDER IS INCOMPLETE AND/OR DAMAGED, WHAT
NOW?
Send an
email to info@zendro.nl with photos of the damaged products. Please also
contact that email address if any products are missing from your order.
As
annoying as it is, it may happen that a mistake was made in processing the
order. In this case, please contact our customer service immediately, they will
obviously provide an appropriate solution.
WHAT IS THE AVERAGE DELIVERY TIME OF AN ORDER?

Total
delivery time = 6-10 working days* (order processing time + shipping time)
These
are our general guidelines. We keep these generous delivery times because all
products are handmade and therefore require a longer production time.
*Please
note: Due to the impact of the COVID-19 virus, it may take a few days longer
than normal to receive your order. Zendro takes all measures seriously to
ensure the health and safety of our community.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
If it's
a small product the order will be sent as a letter package, if the order is
larger we will use a postal package. We send our packages through our partners PostNL, DHL and BPost.
MY PACKAGE HAS THE STATUS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE
NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING?
What
annoying that your order is not yet in the house! Did you order something
small? Chances are that it is in a mailbox package. Count on 1 or 2 working
days later than the delivery date in your track & trace. Are you expecting
a large box and is your address correct? Perhaps the deliveryman gave it to
your neighbors or housemates. Still no parcel? Please contact our Customer
Service.
